We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team and support the expansion of our IT and cloud solutions portfolio.
Role Purpose
The Business Development Associate plays a crucial role in driving the company’s growth and expanding its presence in the IT and cloud solutions industry. This position requires a proactive approach to discovering new market opportunities, an in-depth knowledge of HRP business solutions, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Thea ideal candidate for this position is goal-driven, resourceful, and excels both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies aimed at increasing the adoption of IT Business Solutions provided by HRP Solutions.
• Proactively identify and pursue new business prospects and partnerships, with a particular focus on emerging markets and the evolving needs of customers.
• Build and sustain meaningful relationships with clients, guiding them through their digital transformation and helping them achieve their goals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to design and deliver solutions that are customized to meet the unique requirements of each client.
• Monitor industry trends and analyze competitor activities to continually refine and improve business development strategies.
• Present persuasive presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the value and advantages of the full suite of HRP Solutions IT offerings.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets, directly supporting the company’s broader growth objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Advanced Microsoft certifications are an added advantage.
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in business development, preferably within the IT or cloud services sector.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 products, licensing models, deployment options, and related custom or off-the-shelf solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
